Summary: I was checked in under the wrong information, given the wrong room, the room was not clean, and waited 30 minutes the following morning for someone to attend the desk. The people seem nice, but the organization needs to get its act together.

Summary: The hotel is under renovation. In spite of that, things were clean and comfortable. The desk personnel was very friendly. Breakfast was well served.

Summary: It was a little challenging getting through the building because of some updating taking place. Would have been nice to know it was going to take place while we were staying there. We were disappointed.

Summary: The staff was A+--- great customer service, friendly and helpful. The hotel was being renovated so it was chaotic. Maybe eventually would stay when complete. Not in current state. Breakfast was not great but better than nothing.

Summary: Was traveling and just needed a place for the night. Quick check in, friendly staff, clean rooms, 11 am check out was great because we got in about 1am the night before. Shower water was nice and hot, good pressure, clean bathroom. No complaints, was a nice stay.
